Packer Fluid Inhibitors
PF 1064
amine bisulfite
70-75% active amine bisulfite that functions as a liquid oxygen scavenger for water systems, including packer fluids, drilling fluids, or water floods. Soluble in water, methanol, ethylene glycol, and high calcium brines. Typically blended at 33% by volume with water.
CI 2296
potassium salt of a glycol phosphate ester
52-58% active potassium salt of a glycol phosphate ester designed as a corrosion inhibitor for use in water-based drilling systems. Anodic inhibitor that controls general & pitting corrosion for oxygen, hydrogen sulfide, and carbon dioxide. Should be maintained at concentrations of 500-2000 ppm in most systems.
CI 3207
synergistic blend of organic acid-amine salts
23-27% active synergistic blend of organic acid-amine salts used as a base for formulating water-soluble corrosion preventives for packer fluids. Can be used in hydrogen sulfide waters to reduce fouling and can be used in concentrated form or diluted with water or alcohol. Normal concentrations range from 100- 200 ppm.
